Team Frisbee is a 7VS7 team confrontational competitive sport that strictly requires no physical contact. It originated in Columbia High School in 1968, and has now evolved into an outdoor sport that incorporates many sports characteristics. Included in the World Games in 2001, it is a team sport that combines the characteristics of rugby, football and basketball. Players run through various tactics, pass the Frisbee, and let their teammates receive touchdowns in the scoring zone to score points.

Team Frisbee is a Frisbee sport that is carried out through self-judgment without physical contact. The official weight of the Frisbee is 175 grams. The game is played on a grass that is 100 meters long and 37 meters wide, with a 37-meter wide and 18-meter long scoring area on each side. The game is confronted by two teams, each team has 7 players on the field, divided into men's group, women's group and mixed group. Each team defends a scoring zone. If an own player successfully catches the frisbee in the opponent's defensive scoring zone, it counts as a point.
