Feature
Stepped structure
This stainless steel high-hardness hexagonal shank straight groove step drill features a stepped structure, which means one drill bit is equivalent to a box of drill bits. It comes with multiple specifications and can save work time, thus increasing efficiency. With a step drill, you can drill multiple sizes of holes in one go.
High hardness material
This Stainless steel high-hardness hexagonal shank straight groove step drill is made of high-hardness material forging, with a high cobalt content, making it more durable. The surface is coated with cobalt plating, which can effectively prevent rust and corrosion. Compared to other drill bits, it is more durable and has a longer service life.
Wide range of use
This stainless steel high-hardness hexagonal shank straight groove step drill is suitable for a wide range of uses. It is very suitable for drilling on thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, plastic, and laminates. It is recommended to control the drilling plate to below 5mm, as materials that are too thick are not easy to drill through.
Product material: HSS CO (M35)
Scope of application: 0.1-1mm steel plate; 0.1-4mm iron, aluminum, copper, and other metal plates
Product standard: 4-12/4-20mm(9 steps)
Note
During the working process, high temperatures may occur, requiring the addition of water or coolant to cool down.
If the thickness of the board exceeds 1mm and the aperture exceeds 14mm, it is recommended to use a bench drill.
